Key Responsibilities

* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
* Monitoring and controlling expenses related to warehouse operations, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and supplies.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse environment.
* Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
* Forklift certification and a valid driver's license are essential.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
