Due to internal promotion within our Marketing team, and we are now hiring a Project Marketing Executive based out of our Hamilton (Brisbane) office.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – QLD, this role will see you play a key role in bringing our Lifestyle portfolio to life.
You'll support the delivery of state-based marketing strategies, build awareness and consideration across your portfolio of development communities, and nurture leads through the customer journey; all while helping drive exceptional commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day and local marketing activities, campaigns and close-out community marketing
Maintain brand consistency, manage budgets, and analyse lead performance to guide strategy
Create and deliver content, eDMs, collateral and coordinate photoshoots, video and asset production
Manage website updates, property listings, community events and support frontline teams with collateral
Build strong relationships with internal teams, agencies and partners while managing data, insights and campaign reporting
About You
Experience in generalist marketing (ideally property), with capability across CRM, CMS, eDMs and the Microsoft Office suite
Positive, can-do attitude aligned to Ingenia's values; able to work autonomously and collaboratively
Strong stakeholder, communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to support end-to-end campaigns, events and agency partners
