About the Role
The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for increasing engagement with the client's broker-facing CRM platform. This role combines strategy, content development, and digital campaign execution. The specialist will work cross-functionally with product, IT, sales, and marketing teams to bring the CRM's value proposition to life and build member loyalty through effective communications and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and implement integrated marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and product engagement.
* Create compelling content including user guides, web tutorials, videos, product updates, blog posts, and sales collateral.
* Communicate product updates and service notifications clearly and efficiently across digital channels.
* Analyse usage data and campaign results to provide insights and recommendations.
* Support acquisition campaigns by highlighting competitive advantages and product benefits.
* Collaborate with Sales to create training materials and support product education efforts.
* Stay informed on competitive platforms and market trends to shape messaging and strategy.
Requirements
* A degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or related industries.
* Strong content development skills with experience across digital, video, and sales enablement.
* Confidence working with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus) and marketing automation tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and campaign management capabilities.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* A proactive mindset, with a passion for learning and staying ahead of digital trends.
