About the Opportunity

We're looking for a capable leader to guide our civil maintenance team through change, growth, and excellence. This is more than a technical role, it's about inspiring and empowering a dedicated field crew to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference in our community.
As Team Leader Civil Maintenance, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining our roadsides, underground drainage systems, footpaths and bridges, but your greatest impact will be on the people you lead. You will make an impact by
* Leading and mentoring a skilled civil maintenance team to deliver high-quality services.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including the Road Management Act and OH&S standards.
* Managing budgets and resources to maximise efficiency and value for money.
* Overseeing inspections and maintenance of roadsides, drainage systems, footpaths and bridges.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to solve infrastructure challenges including contract management.
