Overview
Our Business Support team is growing and we're looking for an energetic and motivated Accounts Clerk to bring high performance and customer service to our Wellington branch. With over 3,000 vehicles sold, 40,000 serviced, and 330,000 parts traded annually, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a tangible impact in the private sector.
Responsibilities
This role primarily focuses on accounts receivable, with broader administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
* Background in accounts receivable or administration (or a strong interest in starting in this field)
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
* Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
* Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative
* Confident working independently and making decisions when needed
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
* A knack for spotting and suggesting process improvements
* A team player who's ready to pitch in and support others
