MAX is seeking an individual to support customers in their journey to a customer service career. This full-time role involves being part of a team that provides guidance and assistance to employment customers.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in people, be able to listen actively, and provide advice. They will also be skilled at customer service with both internal and external customers, and be able to maintain composure and focus on achieving objectives.
