Electrical Engineering Graduate Program

As an Electrical Engineer, you will have:
* Opportunity to work on-site, gaining practical experience in project engineering.
* Ongoing support from a Project Manager, Supervisor, and Graduate buddy.

* Develop leadership skills and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry.
* Participation in a formal Graduate Mentoring Program.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to align with project goals.
* Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
* Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and HSE compliance.
* Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure effective project delivery.
What You'll Bring:
* Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.
* An Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) in Electrical or related field with previous work experience through vacation work or similar.
* Ability to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth, Brisbane or Newcastle.
* Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.
* A passion for the work we do and the desire to do real hands-on work in the field.
