Leading Teacher role at Al Zahra Academy in Wollert. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated educator to join our founding team and help establish the academic and cultural foundations of a brand-new, innovative Islamic school.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious teacher who wants to progress into school management. You will work closely with the leadership team, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of our curriculum and school policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
- Mentor and support early career teachers.
- Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and thriving school culture.
- Assist in curriculum development and implementation.
- Take on a leadership role in a specific key learning area or school initiative.
- Implement Daily Lessons in Primary School Classroom.
