Responsibilities
You'll work alongside the Head Chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. You will assist with menu planning and suggestions, maintain consistent quality, and ensure a high standard of a‑la‑carte dining.
About You
* Trade qualified with at least three years' experience
* Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
* Can produce consistent quality and has a positive, "can do" attitude
* Owns traditional uniform and knives
* Has experience in quality a‑la‑carte dining
* Pay attention to detail and has a keen eye
* Willing to assist with menu planning and suggestions
Required Conditions
* Full and unrestricted working rights within Australia
* Willing and able to provide a current National Police Check
