They're now seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role in delivering complex projects and supporting the continued growth of the Structural team
This opportunity suits an experienced engineer who enjoys end-to-end project ownership, client engagement, and mentoring junior engineers, while also contributing strategically to the future direction of the business.
The Role
* Lead and deliver structural projects from concept through to completion
* Provide technical leadership across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
* Coordinate design inputs and manage project documentation
* Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders
* Mentor and support junior engineers
* Contribute to the growth and long-term success of the Structural team
* 5+ years' experience in structural engineering
* Strong experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects
* Exposure to timber, steel, and concrete structures
* Proven ability in project coordination, design, and client-facing work
* Strong capability in reading and interpreting engineering plans
