Senior Media Campaign Manager
This role is central to shaping brand and communications strategy across both social and integrated campaigns. We are seeking an experienced Senior Media Campaign Manager to lead and manage client relationships, plan and execute media campaigns, create and deliver compelling content, and analyse campaign performance to ensure success.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage allocated clients taking responsibility for, and driving media strategy
* Ability to manage challenging clients
* Proactively develop and pitch new campaign ideas
* Ensure all targets and deadlines are met
* Communicate effectively with the client to build new relationships and nurture existing ones
* Develop strategic plans, set up and implement paid media advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Google Suite, TikTok, OLV & Open Web Programmatic etc), for both brand and conversion outcomes.
* Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of client projects across the business from brief to completion.
* Drive integrated creative and media thinking in responses, collaborating with multiple departments including our in-house design & production studio.
* Report on activity to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and to ensure the client is informed of performance in line with their KPIs.
* Develop creative strategy then effectively working with the broader team to create ads to drive effective media campaigns
About You:
* At least 2 years' experience in the digital media marketing industry
* Completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
* Expert knowledge of digital media platforms, buying systems and industry best practices.
* Knowledge of principles and methods promoting, and selling products or services across ecommerce, lead generation and physical sales campaigns.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication
* Proven passion for driving continual improvement across media campaigns to drive ROI for clients.
* Ability to develop solid relationships within the business and with clients
* Ability to manage and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
* Interpersonal skills
