Drive sales growth as a national sales leader, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across key agricultural regions.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth in major markets
* Identifying and securing new clients, distributors, and strategic partnerships
* Leading and supporting a geographically dispersed sales team while managing key accounts
* Building strong relationships with growers, agronomists, and industry stakeholders
* Providing market insights, maintaining accurate CRM records, and reporting results to the executive team
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven success in national or senior agricultural sales leadership with a strong track record of exceeding targets
* A deep understanding of Australian farming systems, crop protection, and rural markets
* Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and building lasting client relationships
* Leadership experience working across reseller, co-op, and direct-to-farm channels
* CRM discipline, structured sales process expertise, and flexibility to travel regularly
