Pastry & Artisan Baking Apprentice
Develop your baking skills in a fast-paced bakery environment. Assist experienced chefs in producing a diverse range of products, including sourdough bread, pastries, cakes, and quiches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate commercial bakery equipment, such as mixers and ovens
* Prepare and assist with the production of various baked goods
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
* Gain hands-on experience and learn from expert bakers to develop your skills
Requirements:
* Early morning shifts (4:30 am or 5:30 am) and one weekend day per week
* Relevant training or certification through TAFE or on-the-job training
* Access to chef jackets and aprons
* Award wage for qualified candidates
About You:
* Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
* Strong work ethic and ability to work early mornings
* Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or full working rights)
* Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
