About the Position
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team to achieve annual targets across various product portfolios. Your key responsibilities include providing guidance and direction to your team, assisting them in meeting and exceeding sales targets, and supporting operations with sales forecasts and demand planning requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership by example to an existing sales force and set targets in line with the overall commercial strategy.
* Support your team in achieving sales/commercial targets and assist with performance management, development training, succession planning, etc.
* Drive inter-departmental cooperation with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure successful execution of your strategy.
