Australian Agricultural Minerals Pty Ltd is a vertically integrated miner, manufacturer, and distributor of high-quality agricultural soil ameliorants, industrial minerals, and associated services to the agricultural, mining, and industrial sectors. An new opportunity now exists for an experienced senior manager with a strong sales, logistics and/or agricultural background to lead our product distribution and spreading division in Far North Queensland.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as a key manager far north Queensland with a focus on sales and the efficient operations.
* Lead day‑to‑day operations across spreading, logistics, maintenance, and administration.
* Act as the primary forward‑facing manager for FNQ, maintaining strong relationships with customers, employees, and service providers.
* Contribute to operational strategy, business improvement, and cultural development.
* Collaborate with national leadership to deliver end‑to‑end customer solutions and drive commercial growth.
The role with report directly to the CEO in Brisbane and be part of the national leadership team.
Location:
This is a permanent position based primarily in the Innisfail region but encompasses all of Cairns and the Far North Queensland. Candidates from the wider areas will be considered, taking into account their experience and ability to service the role.

Experience & Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of FNQ agriculture.
* Leadership experience in logistics, agricultural services, or similar sectors.
* Understanding of agricultural sales and customer engagement.
