Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input and update application details within the agency's databases, ensuring data integrity.
* Assess and process non-technical administrative applications, drafting correspondence to stakeholders.
* Liaise with internal teams and external clients, providing information and guiding application processes.
* Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service via phone and written communication.
* Manage your workload efficiently to meet legislated timeframes, prioritising tasks as needed.
* Develop a thorough understanding of relevant policies and legislation to ensure compliance.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
