Senior Sales Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of technical sales specialists, partnering with customers across our Mass Spectrometry portfolios in Australia.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the team has effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing and new customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.
* Drive the strategic direction for the overall ANZ region for the portfolio; leading a sales team to meet plan and expand business.
* Ensure commercial effectiveness across the team, building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives.
* Focus on satisfying customers and delivering on the value proposition. Establish relationships with key customers across the region through regular sales calls and a strategic partnership approach.
* Research competitor and industry activity, incorporating data into the business plan. Introduce new products and services to drive growth.
* Develop product and marketing strategies in partnership with global and regional strategy to drive strong business performance.
* Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files vital for proper management of the region.
* Build, develop and mentor an impactful team, creating a successful work environment and implementing performance standards, development and training plans.
