Job Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless Inbound operations at our Eagle Farm site, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
This includes managing all inbound activities such as receiving, put-away, and supporting downstream functions including picking, wrapping, load creation, and container processing.
* Lead and supervise inbound warehouse activities: receipts and put-away.
* Efficiently roster labour to support operational productivity and service delivery.
* Maintain clear communication across teams, shifts, and customer contacts.
* Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and WHS policies.
* Support with stock counts, consumables, and equipment maintenance.
* Record and reconcile payroll, rosters, and timesheets.
* Report daily and weekly KPIs to management.
* Support system training, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
We are seeking a driven and capable leader to take ownership of our Inbound warehouse operations at Eagle Farm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering operational excellence while fostering a safe and productive team environment.
* A solid background in warehouse or logistics operations, with a strong understanding of inbound processes such as receiving, put-away, and inventory flow.
* Demonstrated experience in a warehouse leadership role (ideally FMCG or 3PL).
* Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS) and operational processes.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
