As a senior operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end milling production and leading a team to drive operational excellence at our Ballarat site.
* Managing daily production activities to meet demand forecasts and optimize output.
* Elevating compliance with food safety standards and leading quality audits and incident management initiatives.
* Drove continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and enhance efficiency through process optimization.
* Collaborating with maintenance teams to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
* Leading and developing your team to build capability and engagement, driving high-performing cultures.
* Promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Working cross-functionally to ensure smooth production flow, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
