Business Improvement Officer - Fremantle, WA - ASAP Start - Ongoing Contract
Location: Fremantle, WA • Hours: Full-time • Start date: Immediate • Duration: Initial contract until December 2025 (with possible extension) • Rate: $55-65 per hour plus Super (based on previous experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of business improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of policies and procedures
- Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefing notes, and documentation
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support cross-agency collaboration
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems
- Monitor project progress and support the coordination of improvement activities
What We’re Looking For
- A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to contribute to policy development and implementation
- Excellent written communication skills, including report and briefing paper preparation
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is available immediately and will run through to the end of December 2025, with the possibility of extension.
