Your Role
* Maintaining and updating internal and external data sets to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Analysing housing and economic trends to create meaningful insights.
* Assisting with report writing and responding to research briefs.
* Proofing and reviewing research team outputs and distributing reports/data to subscribers.
* Collaborating with a small, expert team and learning from industry leaders.
* Using Microsoft Office and document management systems to complete daily tasks.
About You
* A minimum bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and large data sets.
* Ability to distil complex data into clear, compelling insights.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other office tools.
* A proactive, self‑starter attitude and comfort working autonomously.
* Passion for property economics and willingness to learn.
* Preferred: Experience working with property data or analysing housing trends.
