Recruitment Coordinator Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in managing the recruitment cycle.
* Liaise with hiring managers and labour agencies to manage labour vacancies
* Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with candidates, hiring managers, and labour agencies
* Schedule and attend interviews alongside management and labour agencies
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, providing support and guidance where needed
* Oversee the completion and transfer process for employees reaching 500 hours
* Conduct visa checks for new hires using Vsure to ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Draft expressions of interest for internal and external roles
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the recruitment team running smoothly
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have recent experience supporting recruitment processes, ideally within large or high-volume workplaces. You're highly organised and confident working with both internal teams and external partners. Bonus points if you've worked in recruitment within the food or manufacturing industry Additionally, you have:
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Experience or knowledge of recruitment processes in the food industry (highly desirable)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
* Reliable transport to the site
* Full Australian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency required)
