The Role
* Manage and oversee complex trust accounts (1,000+ properties)
* Act as the escalation point for trust-related issues
* Liaise directly with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery
* Maintain and improve systems, processes and compliance
* Support and guide the wider team with trust matters
* Ensure accuracy, reporting and data integrity across accounts
What we're looking for
* Strong experience in real estate trust accounting is required for this role
* Strong understanding of trust compliance and processes
* Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution skills
* Approachable, team-focused and solutions-driven
* Background in real estate essential (PMs with strong trust experience encouraged to apply)
