As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Inspire the Team: Motivate, coach, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
* Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient, high-quality service and presentation across all areas.
* Financial Management: Monitor sales, labour, and operating costs; drive performance to meet targets.
* Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service and proactively resolve issues.
* Inventory & Supply Management: Maintain stock accuracy, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Roster & Workforce Planning: Build efficient rosters aligned with business needs.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and SA WHS regulations.
* Brand Standards: Represent OKAMI's values and maintain a welcoming environment.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager (or similar hospitality leadership role).
* Current South Australia RSA certificate preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills; bilingual abilities a plus.
* Professional presentation, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
