Salary
$75,355.80 – $83,198.44 per annum, dependent on qualifications, skills and experience
Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Rates Officer in levying and collecting rates and annual charges, ensuring Council's revenue processes run smoothly and accurately.
* Process valuations, manage customer inquiries and perform reconciliations.
* Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Accounting/Conveyancing Diploma/Certificate or local government rating experience.
* Demonstrated customer service skills and keen attention to detail.
* Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve issues.
* Ability to produce accurate results, follow procedures and uphold quality standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and adaptability to new software programs.
Experience in the use of Technology One software is desirable.
Pre‐Employment Checks
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a National Police History Check, along with other relevant employment checks.
