About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our McNab Property Developments Business. You will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting the residential sales process from initial enquiry to contract finalisation. This role will play a key part in supporting the sales function, working closely with the Sales Manager and our agency partners to deliver strong results across multiple projects. Responsibilities will include: Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies for off-the-plan projects in Southeast Queensland. Oversee and coordinate the buyer journey from initial enquiry through to contract signing, ensuring a seamless process and consistent customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams, sales agencies, and marketing partners to drive enquiry and conversion. Support the delivery of sales campaigns, events, and display suite operations. Lead and maintain accurate CRM records and reporting to track enquiry, leads, and conversion metrics. Coordinating sales documentation, including contracts, deposits, and settlements, in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the buyer journey and customer experience. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Contribute to research across the various property markets in which the business operates. Managing project listings across key real estate platforms such as REA and Domain. Preparing and regularly updating stock lists, pricing schedules, and availability reports. Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from sales agents and prospective buyers. Compiling and distributing weekly sales reports and performance dashboards. Partner with our marketing team or agencies to support the execution of marketing campaigns, including EDMs, printed materials, and on-site signage. Assisting in the coordination of project launch events and agent presentations. Tracking agent referrals and processing associated commissions in a timely manner. Facilitating the onboarding process for channel agents, including due diligence, agreements, and the distribution of sales collateral. Undertaking comprehensive market research & analysis and reporting on sales trends Monitoring lead conversion performance and ensuring timely follow-up activity. Providing general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as needed. Ensuring the presentation and upkeep of the display suite, including signage, collateral, and cleanliness. Uploading and maintaining contract documentation within internal document management systems. Liaising with the finance team to track and report on payments and settlement statuses About you The ideal candidate will have a background in property sales, project marketing, contracts administration or a related field, with a strong customer focus and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the property industry and enjoys playing a key role in bringing residential projects to life. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ideally, you will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (or be currently studying towards one). Previous experience in a similar role, supporting residential or mixed-use developments throughout the full project lifecycle. High attention to detail is paramount for this role A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with a personable, professional, and solutions-focused style. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a high level of initiative. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Hubspot experience advantageous). A proactive team player, adaptable and eager to learn from senior team members.
