As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated, organised, and team-focused Electrical Supervisor to support our growth and ensure delivery of quality work and exceptional service across multiple contracts and clients.
About the Role
This full-time role is ideal for a licensed electrician with strong coordination and leadership skills who is ready to step into a supervisory position. You will play a critical role in overseeing field technicians, supporting project delivery, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and contract requirements.
•Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and coordinate electrical service, maintenance and minor works teams across multiple sites
•Support contract management and assist with reporting to management and clients
•Monitor job progress, update scheduling systems, and help reduce job ageing
•Collaborate with the scheduling and admin teams to ensure efficient resource allocation
•Handle inbound communications from clients and technicians
•Develop quotes in a timely manner
•Follow up on quotes and service leads
•Support tender and maintenance contract preparation
•Assist with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development
•Deliver clear, proactive communication with key accounts and internal stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
•A-Grade Electrical Licence (SA or transferable)
•Excellent organisational and time management skills
•Experience in service-based industries (electrical, maintenance, etc.)
•High-level written and verbal communication skills
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
•Working knowledge of scheduling software (e.g. Ascora, simPRO – preferred)
•Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
•Positive and proactive attitude
