Your key responsibilities will include:

* Performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile plant and longwall equipment;

* Diagnosing and rectifying faults to ensure equipment reliability;

* Collaborating with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations;

* Adhering to safety procedures, mine site regulations, and company policies;

* Completing all job-related documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you must have:
">
">
* A Heavy Vehicle Trade Certification (Diesel Fitter/Mechanic);
">
* Demonstrated experience on underground mining equipment (mobile & longwall);
">
* Current RII DES certification and proven competency;
">
* CP Status (Competent Person);
">
* Knowledge of mine safety regulations and site compliance;
">
* The ability to work independently and within a team;
">
* Willingness to travel and work in various field locations.
