Role Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in strengthening the connection between our community and Council's Animal Management services.
The successful candidate will develop and lead initiatives that promote responsible pet ownership, raise awareness of animal-related issues, and enhance the perception of Council's Animal Management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver education programs for internal and external stakeholders, including schools and community groups.
* Coordinate community education materials and connect volunteers and residents to our animal welfare services.
* Deliver training to staff and stakeholders on animal management practices.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess:
* A tertiary qualification relevant to the position.
* A current Working with Children Clearance or ability to obtain.
* Demonstrated experience in education or marketing resource development.
