Key Role: Accounts, Payroll Administrator
This full-time position plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our organisation, supporting financial management, payroll, and administrative systems that underpin the delivery of essential community services.
* Process payroll with precision, ensuring compliance with all relevant award and legislative requirements to safeguard employee entitlements and avoid potential penalties.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts databases, including aged receivables, reconciliations, and ensure seamless integration with MYOB for informed decision-making.
* Effectively manage invoice and payment workflows, ensuring timely and accurate processing to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Utilise Polixen to support meal delivery operations and internal reporting, enhancing operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
* Provide responsive and efficient administrative support, including correspondence, record management, and scheduling to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing sustainable solutions to drive organisational success.
