McArthur Community Care is seeking an experienced Community Support Worker to assist with the daily requirements of our client in Adelaide's South/Eastern suburbs.
McArthur Community Care has been operating for 10 years and is a registered NDIS provider, providing exceptional support services to people that require support. Our workforce is the major reason for our success, and this is the very reason our support workers are valued and respected by our team.
The aim of this role is to create stability and a sense of self for our client to feel supported for their physical and mental wellbeing, while living independently in their home.
The applicants must be confident, reliable, respectful, good communicator, have a strong work ethic, have a proactive approach to ensuring the client's needs are met consistently and draw on their experience of assisting clients with complex care and support needs.

Essential Requirements (Current)
* Accredited Diploma or higher in Community services/Disability/Mental Health
* At least twelve months full time work experience as a support worker
* First Aid Certificate
* CPR Certificate
* DHS Disability Services Employment Clearance or NDIS Worker Check
* DHS Working with Children Check
* Right to work in Australia
* Valid Driver's Licence & Vehicle with Full Comprehensive Insurance
* Infection Control Training
* Clear and concise English communication skills inc. written and verbal

Salary and Flexibility
This full time position, with a permanent salary of $78,000 plus Superannuation, requires the successful applicant to be flexible if their main client has a change in their support needs and we will work with you to identify suitable alternative shifts, while working with the client's "choice & control" rights.
