Responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the WA team and national business
* Supporting the team with travel arrangements and finance administration
* Assisting with event planning and coordination for office functions and client meetings
* Performing reception duties and general office administration
* Welcoming and onboarding new starters and visitors
Highly desirable qualifications include:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative based role
* Experience in an administrative based role within professional services is advantageous
* A strong willingness to learn & a positive attitude
* A keen eye for detail
* Strong time management skills & work ethic
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
