About Our Client
An established and fast-growing organisation is seeking an experienced
Finance Manager
to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and support the business through its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the numbers while leading a small finance team and ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting and smooth month-end delivery in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the effective management of the finance function, with key duties including:
* Full balance sheet ownership and month-end close
* Oversight of day-to-day finance operations including AP, AR and payroll
* Managing and developing a small onshore team with offshore transactional support
* Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance
* Supporting half-year and year-end accounts, including audit requirements
* Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
* CA or CPA qualified
* Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager role
* Strong technical accounting capability across payroll, AP/AR, inventory and leases
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability (NetSuite experience desirable)
* Confident communicator with a practical, collaborative leadership style
