About the roleAs an Operations Coordinator at Vamp Cranes, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our crane hire and logistics operations.
This full-time position is based in our Campbellfield, VIC 3061 office, where you will collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure we deliver reliable, safe and efficient crane services to our clients.What you'll be doingCoordinate daily crane, rigging and transport schedules to meet client requirements and site deadlinesLiaise with site supervisors, project managers and field crews to confirm job details and resolve scheduling conflictsTrack fleet availability, maintenance requirements and operator allocationsMonitor compliance with EBA, Award, WHS and company policies across jobsMaintain accurate records of job allocations, timesheets, permits and client instructionsSupport the rollout of current operational systems and processes to improve efficiencyCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams including accounts, safety and site operationsWhat we're looking forQualification in operations, logistics, business administration or relevant field (desirable but not essential)2+ years' experience in a similar scheduling, operations, logistics or construction coordination roleStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise under pressureExcellent communication skills to liaise confidently with both internal teams and external clientsProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software is an advantage i.e. EquiprUnderstanding of construction industry practices, safety compliance and crane/plant operations is highly regardedWhat we offerAt Vamp Cranes, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
