Our client is a globally recognised, market-leading manufacturer of electric motors and battery-powered equipment, with almost 100 years of innovation behind them. Their portfolio includes category-defining robotic mowers with satellite guidance, alongside a comprehensive range of professional outdoor power equipment.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this senior Business Development role carries full responsibility for a substantial territory across Victoria and South Australia. You will drive sales growth of advanced robotic and battery-powered solutions while strengthening relationships with an established and loyal Dealer network (B2B). At the same time, you will actively expand the Dealer footprint and build demand with commercial end-users (B2C), including landscapers and sports turf customers across golf, cricket, football, and parks & gardens.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring a confident operator who enjoys demonstrating equipment, educating customers, and championing new technology in the field.
About You
You are a seasoned, self-managed sales professional with a genuine hunger for results. You bring:
* Strong business development capability across B2B channels
* A keen interest in robotic mower technology and battery-powered outdoor equipment
* The confidence and practical ability to operate and demonstrate equipment
* Proven territory management and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience within the Outdoor Power Equipment industry is advantageous but not essential for the right high-calibre candidate.
