About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to play a crucial role in our Sales team.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing your designated Western Australian territory and become part of our respected and highly successful Western Australian sales team.
The role includes:
Achieving sales targets
Assisting with the development of promotional strategies for your territory
Becoming fully aware of all products that the company sells and ensuring that sampling is placed and rotated to gain maximum market exposure
Training sales staff in retail stores to confidently sell our products
Matching the Signature product range to retail stores ensuring best fit when placing relevant products
Conducting warranty inspections and provide written field report back to After Sales team
Following up all sales leads provided by the Western Australian team
Logging any relevant competitor activity and reporting accordingly.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communicationsskills, be enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude.
In addition, the following skills are required:
Strongsales, territory management and business development skills
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a highly competitive market
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a small team environment and to work towards sales targets and goals.
Ability to work autonomously but be part of the team.
A genuine dedication to customer support and service
Good computer skills, specifically Excel and Word
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool
Driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
