We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Partner - Fixed Assets to join our high performing team. This is a pivotal role that blends technical accounting, strategic reporting, and leadership support ideal for someone ready to step into a 2IC position and make a tangible impact
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Capex accounting, including project setup, cost tracking, and asset lifecycle activities
* Support capital budgeting, monthly reporting, and stakeholder engagement
* Administer structured asset financing and leasing for mobile equipment
* Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and enhance reporting tools
* Ensure governance, compliance, and act as 2IC to the Manager during periods of leave or project secondments
What You Will Need To Succeed
* CA/CPA qualified or near completion
* Experience with SAP is essential
* A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and financial integrity
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative approach and readiness to step into leadership when needed
