Randstad is currently seeking several experienced Finance Officers APS5 to join a high-performing federal government team. Canberra, ACT | 12 months | Baseline Clearance
Position description
* Assist in the management of procurement fee processes across multiple service arrangements
* Reconcile and accurately process invoices related to procurement fees
* Undertake debt recovery follow-up activities as required
* Monitor and support the preparation of quarterly charging reports
* Learn and adapt to a new automated fee processing system
* Develop clear, practical user guidance and process documentation to support invoicing procedures
* Provide operational support during the transition to a new system, including handover of processes back to internal resources

* High-quality written communication skills, including the ability to draft reports, procedures, and professional correspondence
