Job Description
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Warwick and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.
A typical day will involve:
* Maintaining a well‐run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch.
* Loading and unloading deliveries; pick, pack, dispatch orders; receipt of goods in/out; inventory and stocktake.
* Driving safely and abiding by road rules at all times.
* Providing solutions and in‐store experiences that inspire our customers.
* Admin such as: managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
* Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
* Responding to customer queries and making follow‐up calls.
* Championing an already strong safety culture.
Qualifications
* Positive energy and high motivation to become an expert in your field.
* Passionate about building solid working relationships with new and existing customers.
* Electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction industry experience highly regarded – otherwise we will provide the product training.
* Current valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Exceptional attention to detail with previous stores/warehousing experience desirable.
