Role: Member Services Manager

Employment Basis: Permanent full-time

Salary Range:Band: 7 - $129,302 to $136,088 + superannuation

About the role

We're looking to secure a Member Service Manager, for this newly created role. You'll be leading the design, development, and continuous improvement of the member corporate support services, ensuring they are responsive, future focused, and aligned with the Parliament's long-term objectives, whilst providing strategic leadership to electorate office staff employed by the Parliament of Tasmania (principally Electorate Officers) to ensure they have the required support and resources to perform their roles effectively.

As a trusted colleague, you'll have professional flexibility to perform the role whilst being empowered to build a sense of community at work. You'll be reporting to the Director Corporate Services.

About Us

The Parliament of Tasmania is a meeting place where elected representatives meet to make laws, authorise the expenditure of public funds, scrutinise the government of the day, and give a voice to their constituents in the electorates. The Parliament is made up of three (3) separate Departments consisting of House of Assembly, Legislative Council, and Legislature - General.

Location
