You will drive requirements gathering, vendor selection, and delivery against a strategic roadmap. You’ll be responsible for coordinating across stakeholders, technology partners, and creative agencies to ensure the successful execution of this major transformation. The role blends technical insight with strong planning and people skills, sitting at the intersection of tech, media, and user-generated content.DUTIESLead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the website rebuild and digital re-platformingFacilitate workshops to gather requirements across CMS, CRM, Martech, data warehousing, and platform capabilitiesManage timelines, vendor selection, and agency engagement for design and deliveryCollaborate closely with key stakeholders including C-suite level and the broader company teamEnsure strong documentation and clear deliverables aligned to roadmap milestonesDrive project accountability and bring a process-driven mindset to an energetic and creative cultureBalance strategic oversight with hands-on coordination across tech and content teamsSKILLS & EXPERIENCETo Be Successful In This Role, You Will HaveStrong technical understanding of CMS platforms (ideally Adobe) and media publishing technologiesExperience with requirements gathering and documentation across digital transformation projectsProven ability to manage vendor selection and third-party agency coordinationAttention to detail and strong accountability for meeting deliverablesExperience in culturally-driven or media/publishing environmentsAbility to build relationships across diverse teams and work in an agile, fast-paced settingCULTURE & BENEFITSJoin a trend-setting company known for its cultural influence and creative outputFlexible hybrid working across multiple offices and WFH flexibilityWork alongside passionate professionals who blend strategy with execution12 month day rate contract opportunity with immediate start$750-$850 per day inc.
