Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of new solution offerings, including training plans and sales enablement strategies
* Assess and evaluate client systems and architecture, providing recommendations aligned with engagement objectives
* Discuss project scope and budget with clients, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
* Lead large engagements, taking ownership of project outcomes and quality standards
* Identify and resolve project issues with clients, fostering effective communication
* Develop proposal components and respond to RFPs, leveraging marketing opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to define service opportunities and develop standards for delivery
* Lead identification of business and technical requirements
* Implement technologies and solutions based on designs
* Plan and manage own and team's work to meet given objectives and processes

* Demonstrable expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing advanced technical solutions
* Effective collaboration with clients to understand functional and business requirements
* Strong ability to cultivate relationships with partners and suppliers to share technology roadmaps
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts
* Highly developed analytical skills combined with sound judgment
* Proven ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperatives
* Ability to create high-quality architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps, and technical documentation
* Understanding of project financials and commercials
* Ability to manage and mentor team members
* Effective interface with client executives in a professional manner
* Delivery of strategic consultancy services, including enterprise maturity assessments and technology platform evaluations
* Maintenance of effective customer and user relationships

Requirements:
* Expert-level understanding of at least 2 Dynamics 365 First Party Applications
* Expert-level understanding and hands-on experience with Power Automate and Canvas Apps
* Working knowledge with hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and AI Builder
* Experience with complex CRM configuration and customisation, including integration and data migration
* Experience in Dynamics CRM functional consulting
* Best practice implementation with Application Lifecycle Management
* Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit
