The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager and production team, you will:
* Work on various manufacturing equipment
* Implement safety management practices
* Manage a maintenance budget
* Perform both time‐critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks
* Schedule maintenance activities to meet production targets and minimize downtime
Experience with computer‐based maintenance programs is highly regarded.
Qualifications
* A mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant tickets
* Demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
* Experience with production and maintenance KPIs, including planned preventative maintenance programs
* Proficient computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Guardian, and D365 programs preferred
* Ability to work under pressure and effectively communicate
* Over 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
* Current valid driver's licence and forklift licence (HRW)
* BI boiler licence preferred but not essential
