About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll manage a well organised, medium sized portfolio located in the southern suburbs with admin & account support, and hands-on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service.
The Duties
1. Overseeing a small team
2. Listing & advertisement of properties
3. Open inspections & private viewings
4. Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
5. Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
6. PCRs and routine inspections
7. Repairs and maintenance
8. Rental arrears management
Skills & Experience
9. Previous PM experience is essential
10. Experience in Property Me - advantageous
11. Initiative and a passion for the industry
12. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
13. High level of care factor and customer service
14. Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
