Position: Casual/PPT Support Worker
Location: Cranbourne, VIC
Type: Casual OR Permanent Part Time
What We're Looking For:
Availability between Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.
A genuine love for older people and a commitment to their well-being.
Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging in friendly conversations.
A caring and compassionate nature.
The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients.
Flexibility and the ability to work on a Permanant Part Time basis.
Responsibilities:
Providing companionship and emotional support to our elderly clients.
Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
Travelling with client in your car and the confidence to work independently.
Engaging in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
Ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
Reporting any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation - up to $37.09 p/h with 96c per/km in between all client services.
