Our employees across 150 countries work towards a common mission to help people see more and be more every day. This role requires overseeing and expanding a portfolio of strategic wholesale accounts, with a strong focus on the ophthalmic lens category.

Key responsibilities include managing key wholesale accounts, driving commercial outcomes, developing and executing joint business plans, educating partners on lens technologies, and collaborating with teams across Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

Requirements for Success:

* Manage key wholesale accounts, driving commercial outcomes across our lens and frame offerings.
* Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer goals and company priorities.
* Educate partners on lens technologies and product innovations to support in-practice adoption and differentiation.
* Monitor account performance and category trends to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with teams across Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Deliver engaging commercial presentations and training to influence conversion and performance.
* Negotiate trading terms and promotional activities in line with broader strategies.
* Support customer engagement through digital platforms to streamline processes and enhance service.
* Provide timely reports and manage the sales pipeline to keep stakeholders informed.

Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Business, Optometry, or a related field (preferred).
* At least 4 years' experience in key account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in optical, medical device, or FMCG sectors.
* Solid understanding of ophthalmic lenses, optical workflows, or clinical settings is highly regarded.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic actions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Self-driven, resilient, and professional.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
