I'm partnering with a developer-builder delivering a
$65M Class 2 residential project in Lane Cove
48 apartments across 10 levels, with 3,000m² of administration space beneath.
This isn't a churn-and-burn builder.
They are building a
serious team of professionals.
The Site Manager is 16 years deep in the Class 2 market. He knows what good looks like — and he's building a team of autonomous operators who take pride, ownership and accountability.
