Weighbridge Operator
Permanent Part-time position – Karratha
$37.60/hr + Super
Thursday and Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
Regional Allowance paid weekly
The Opportunity
Based at our Karratha Waste facility, as a Weighbridge Operator at Cleanaway, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our administration team.
Liaising with customers and coordinating the movement of waste on and off-site
Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries while providing excellent customer service
Controlling vehicle movements and directing traffic
Using two-way radio communications
Completing manual paperwork for all receivals at the site
Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
Completing site visitor inductions
About you
You should have basic admin skills and a desire to learn more.
Available to work every Thursday and Friday
Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of weighbridge operations is advantageous, but training can be provided
A friendly attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team

Based at our Karratha waste facility, we are seeking a Weighbridge Operator/Administrator for 2 days per week.
Servicing Australian communities with a focus on safety and quality across approximately 330 sites, including 130 EPA-licensed sites.
Partnering with customers to achieve sustainability goals.
Managing a fleet of over 6,100 vehicles, including heavy and light road vehicles, industrial vehicles, and trailers.
