Wherever you choose to carve your career, we'll support and encourage you in our inclusive culture.**About the Role:**This role will play a key part in developing and delivering Diageo's Future Media ambition across APAC. Working across markets including Australia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and China, this role focuses on strengthening agency partnerships and driving improved media effectiveness and efficiency.This is a 12-month fixed term contract, providing an opportunity to step into a regional role and contribute to a critical transformation agenda.The role will focus on evolving existing agency partnerships, ensuring they deliver stronger performance, greater accountability and more data-led outcomes - while embedding commercial discipline and value across media investment.Role Responsibilities:* Implement global media category strategy in APAC, ensuring regional needs are represented;* Develop and manage strategic agency partnerships within a supplier relationship management framework;* Measure agency performance against critical metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives;* Partner with collaborators across APAC markets to ensure agency delivery meets business needs;* Lead commercial negotiations with media agencies and manage scope of work agreements;* Drive cost efficiency and value delivery through planning, tracking and optimisation;* Manage supplier performance and ensure delivery against agreed service levels; and* Contribute to the global media procurement community and support critical initiatives.Experience / Skills Required:* Experience in media planning, buying or account management within a media agency environment;* Strong understanding of media investment, performance drivers and optimisation levers;* Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment;* Strong communication and influencing skills with internal and external partners;* Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements; and* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.We are particularly interested in candidates who bring agency-side experience and are looking to broaden their career into a commercial or procurement-focused role.**Flexible Working:**Flexibility is key to our success.
