We are seeking a talented, full-time Senior Recruitment and HR Advisor to join our team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and enhancing employee engagement. You will play a crucial role in shaping our organisational culture while supporting strategic HR initiatives to align with company goals.
About The Role
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to candidate selection. Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
* HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with legislation and industry-specific regulations, and manage HR databases and payroll coordination.
* Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture, organise social activities, and manage employee recognition programs.
* Learning & Development: Oversee the Learning Management System, coordinate professional development, and organise training programs and company conferences.
* Remuneration & Benefits: Coordinate salary reviews, maintain remuneration databases, and manage employee wellness and benefits programs.
* Social Media & Communications: Manage the company's online presence and intranet content to promote employer branding and company achievements.
* Policies & Procedures: Support policy development, provide coaching on HR policies, and advise managers on performance management.
* Change Management & Succession Planning: Support organisational change, create communication plans, and assist in identifying high-potential employees for career progression.
* HR Analytics & Metrics: Develop and analyse reports to monitor workforce trends and optimise HR strategies.
To be successful in this role, we're looking for candidates with:
* Minimum five years' experience in a generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives;
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field;
* Experience in a healthcare or CRO environment is highly desirable;
* Excellent written/verbal communication skills alongside handling sensitive inquiries professionally;
* High emotional intelligence paired alongside interpersonal skillsets needed across dynamic environments;
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
* Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance;
* Strong knowledge of HR legislation and industry-specific regulations;
* Ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline;
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills;
* Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders;
* Familiarity with HR software and analytics tools.
